Every technician completes several weeks of structured training at Cook’s Academy—covering computer-based, classroom, and field instruction—before working independently. Training is tailored by technician role: Residential, Commercial, or Termite.

Training includes:

  • Termite identification and treatment courses
  • Inspection and prevention strategies
  • Safety protocols and compliance standards

Hands-On Training Facilities

Cook’s Academy features hands-on training environments at our Decatur, Alabama headquarters, where technicians practice real-world inspection and treatment techniques.

Residential Training Facility
