New Corporate Quality Assurance Manager
Tracy Oliver has been promoted to Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. Oliver has 17 years experience in the pest control industry. Most recently he was pest control department manager of the Auburn district office. Over the past seven years, he has maintained a cancellation rate of less than 1.3% and has made President’s Club six consecutive years. The Auburn pest department has grown from six routes in 2002 to 19 routes in 2012.
